Hawsons Iron is pleased to announce that Jeremy Kirkwood has accepted an invitation to join the Board as a Non-Executive Director of the Company, effective on 10 May 2023. Mr Kirkwood is a former investment banker with a wealth of experience in in the mining, energy and infrastructure sectors. He is the Chair of ASX-listed Joyce Corporation Ltd, a Non-executive Director of ASX-listed Talisman Mining Ltd and has served as a director on a range of other public, private and not-for-profit sector boards.
