Shareholding Details

  • update your Tax File Number (TFN), Australian Business Number (ABN) or exemption

To create a portfolio on the share registry’s website, you will need your Holder Identification Number (HIN) or Securityholder Reference Number (SRN).

If you would like to update your holding details by returning the relevant forms to the share registry, please click here. You may download the required form and return it to the share registry per address noted on the top right of the form.

Receiving shareholder communications

Recent legislative changes to the Corporations Act 2001 effective 1 April 2022 means there are new options available to you as a securityholder as to how you elect to receive your communications. We will no longer send you physical meeting documents unless you request a copy to be mailed.

We encourage you to provide your email address so we can communicate with you electronically when securityholder notices become available online for such items as meeting documents, proxy/voting forms, dividend statements and annual reports. You can make a standing election to;

  1. receive the documents in physical or electronic form;
  2. receive a document in physical or electronic form; or
  3. you can tell us if you do not want to receive a hardcopy of the Annual Report. You will still be able to access and read our Annual Report when it is published on our website and the ASX platform.

To tell us your preference, please visit https://investorcentre.linkgroup.com/Login/Login and go to ‘Communications’ at the top of the page, then click on ‘Preferences’ and select your preferred option.
