Hawsons has received firm commitments to raise A$7.8 million before costs through an Institutional Placement of 100,842,199 ordinary new fully paid shares at A$0.077 each. Eligible Shareholders will be able to participate in a Share Purchase Plan (SPP) at the same price as the Institutional Placement to raise an additional A$1 million for working capital.
