Hawsons Iron Ltd (ASX: HIO) advises that on 10 April 2023 it received a Notice pursuant to section 203D(2) of the Corporations Act 2001 (Commonwealth). It gives notice of the intention of the shareholders noted below (together the Requisitioning Shareholders) to move a resolution at a meeting that they will shortly requisition in accordance with section 249D of the Corporations Act 2001 (Commonwealth).
