Hawsons Iron has appointed Non-Executive Director Mr Jeremy Kirkwood as Chair to lead the Board through the next critical phase to fund a modified Bankable Feasibility Study (BFS) for the Company’s flagship, high-grade magnetite project near Broken Hill in NSW. Mr Kirkwood, whose appointment is effective immediately, takes over from Mr Bryan Granzien who has resumed his former role as Managing Director after serving as interim Executive Chair since April 2023.
